Cambridge United would like to advise supporters of an issue relating to the processing of card payments for food and drink purchases at recent home fixtures…

A software update to the Club’s card machines have meant that some supporters have received notification of payments to the Club over the past few days. 

These payments are retrospective and relate to food and beverage sales from around the ground over recent months, which were delayed at the time due to a loss of Wi-Fi connectivity. 

For avoidance of doubt, fans have been charged the correct amount for what they purchased, although some have not been charged on the correct day.

We would like to apologise to supporters for the confusion and inconvenience, whilst offering thanks for their understanding of the matter, which is being resolved.
