Cambridge United are recruiting Abbey Helpers to help deliver a high-quality and welcoming experience for all home and away fans on matchdays, as well as supporting club events held at the stadium…
The role focuses on creating a positive first impression for all visitors and ensuring fans are supported from the moment they arrive. Volunteers will engage with supporters, offer a warm welcome, and act as a first point of contact for anyone entering the ground.
Abbey Helpers will also assist with the smooth entry of fans into the stadium to ensure an organised and friendly arrival experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and guidance about the stadium and its facilities.
- Direct visitors to entrances, the ticket office, the club shop, and on-site food and beverage outlets.
- Support general spectator flow and entry around the ground.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure both home and away fans enjoy a safe, smooth, and enjoyable matchday experience.
