Supporters are reminded to be considerate when parking on local streets and to always follow local guidance and parking regulations...
With attendances having increased in recent seasons, the demand on local parking has grown. This reminder follows reports in recent weeks of inconsiderate parking in surrounding areas, including vehicles blocking driveways and obstructing access for residents. Parking on residential driveways and grass verges is strictly prohibited.
We ask all fans to be mindful of local residents when travelling to matches and to consider alternative ways of getting to the Cledara Abbey Stadium:
Park & Ride
If driving, supporters are encouraged to use the Cambridge Matchday Return Park & Ride service.
Both home and away fans can take advantage of the Cambridge Park & Ride, with Matchday Return tickets available from Newmarket Road Park & Ride (CB5 8AA) priced at £3.80. Click here for more information.
Rail
Cambridge North is the closest station to the Cledara Abbey Stadium, approximately 1.2 miles away, while Cambridge station is around 2 miles from the ground.
Our partners at Greater Anglia offer a range of fares, with Railcard holders able to save up to one-third on ticket prices. Supporters can download the Greater Anglia app for tickets and real-time travel updates.
Bus
The Citi 3 bus stops just a short walk from the ground (Ditton Walk stop) on Newmarket Road. Services run from the railway station through the city centre every 10 minutes during the day, with reduced frequency in the evening. Visit the Stagecoach website for full timetable information.
Bike / E-Scooter
Additional cycle parking and Voi e-scooter racks are available near the Kids’ Zone on Newmarket Road.
We recognise the challenges created by the lack of matchday parking at the stadium. However, it is vital that supporters consider the impact their parking may have on local residents and help us maintain positive relationships within the community.
