We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and hardworking professional to join our elite academy environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Academy Recruitment, the successful candidate will lead the identification and recruitment of talented players across the player performance pathway.
Key responsibilities include attending regular fixtures and producing detailed scouting reports to support Cambridge United’s talent identification process.
