Cambridge United would like to make travelling supporters aware of a significant road closure that could impact journeys to this weekend’s game against Bristol Rovers...
The Gloucester Road Flyover, which is the main route off the M4/M5 interchange, remains closed. Some fans may already be aware of this from our recent Carabao Cup fixture in Bristol, but we want to ensure that all supporters are fully informed ahead of the trip.
Fans are therefore advised to take the M32 towards Bristol City Centre. By exiting at Junction 2 and continuing along Muller Road, fans should encounter less congestion than on alternative approaches.
Please also allow extra travel time, as the closure is expected to cause delays across much of the city.
