Under his leadership, Cambridge United have put last season’s relegation firmly behind them, mounting a promotion push that has the U’s challenging for an automatic spot heading into the final weeks of the campaign.
United have been one of the most consistent sides in the division, boasting the EFL’s best defensive record and putting together a 14-game unbeaten run earlier in the year that included a perfect January which saw Harris named Manager of the Month.
He is up against Andy Woodman (Bromley), Paul Warne (MK Dons), Micky Mellon (Oldham Athletic) for the award.
The winner will be announced at the EFL Awards on Sunday 19 April.
