Junior U's who have been collecting Passport Stamps this season can take to the pitch before kick-off of the final home game of the season to collect their end-of-season medals…
Young fans who have documented the season's journey with their Junior U's Passport could be eligible to receive a Bronze (15-17 games), Silver (18-20 games) or Gold Medal ahead of the final game this season.
Due to the sold-out status of the match, the presentation will now take place pre-match from 2:30pm, rather than at half-time.
Those collecting medals must be inside the stadium in good time and should make their way to the relevant pitchside gate by 2:20pm to meet our staff ahead of the 2:30pm presentation.
If you can’t make it in time for the pre-match presentation, our staff can hand out the medal to you whilst at the Kids’ Zone.

Then, on the day of the game, visit the Junior U's Kids' Zone to collect your Passport Stamp and let our team know if you would like to be part of the presentation, or whether you’d like to collect from the stamp collection point.
