"Cambridge United has played a huge role in my development, and I am proud to continue growing within a club that has shaped so much of my life and career. This new opportunity is not only a significant milestone, but also one that will challenge and support my learning and development - especially through my involvement in the Premier League Academy Leaders course.
"The nationwide course aims to develop the ability to lead self, others and academy, incorporating insights from football, elite sport and other high-performance domains. I’m excited to be a part of it and apply learning directly to the academy.
