Cambridge United are pleased to introduce our new ‘Sport in Education’ lessons for primary school children currently away from school!
Community Trust Primary Education Manager Ashley Dyer has created a series of interactive lessons across a variety of subjects, to ensure that children can continue to learn in a fun and engaging manner during their period out of the classroom.
The lessons not only provide educational value, but are ideal for parents currently trying to juggle the balancing act of working from home and looking after the kids.
Already four separate maths based lessons have been created for children to watch and get involved with. These can all be accessed for free by clicking on the links below.
Sport in Education 1 – An Introduction to Fractions in Sport
Sport in Education 2 – Comparing Fractions
Sport in Education 3 – You Choose the Signings!
Sport in Education 4 – Premier League Top 5
The lessons are all part of the Cambridge United’s ‘Here For U’s’ scheme which aims to provide emotional, practical and physical support to the city of Cambridge during thee challenging times.
