Cambridge United are seeking to appoint Disability Support Assistants to help deliver a high quality matchday experience for home and away disabled spectators...
The role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a welcoming approach, and an awareness of SEN and inclusion, who are passionate about ensuring all supporters can enjoy an accessible and positive matchday experience.
Volunteers will receive a free match ticket for fixtures they support, a food and drink voucher, training and development opportunities, and access to exclusive club events.
Key Responsibilities include:
- ·Be the first point of contact at the Accessible Hub
- To engage with spectators and deliver a warm welcome
- To assist disabled and wheelchair supporters entering the stadium as required
- Support the issue and return of sensory bags as required
- Provide information and advice about the Stadium and facilities available
- Deliver excellent customer Service
- Ensure an excellent match day experience
