Cambridge United are delighted to announce that second-year scholar Samuel Okolie has once again been called up to the Seychelles Senior Men’s National Team for their latest FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers…
Samuel earned his first international call-up in August - making two senior appearances - and will be hoping to add to his tally in Seychelles’ upcoming fixtures against Ivory Coast and Gambia.
Academy Manager Dom Knighton said, “We are all extremely proud of Samuel for receiving another call-up to the Seychelles Senior Men’s Team.
“To have already earned two senior caps at such a young age is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of his hard work, character, and continued development.
“Opportunities like this are invaluable, and we will continue to support Sam as he gains further experience representing his country at senior level.”
