Within the past 48 hours, the club has identified the individual responsible and they will be sanctioned with a stadium ban, in line with our Supporter Behaviour and Sanctions Policy.
This behaviour is unacceptable and shows not only a lack of respect for match officials, but a broader disregard for our female players, staff and supporters. It has no place at Cambridge United, and we condemn it unequivocally.
