This April, CB Groundworks - a long-standing partner of the Club - invites supporters to take to the Cledara Abbey Stadium pitch alongside Cambridge United legends...

Taking place on Friday 25 April 2025, CB Groundworks, the event aims to raise funds for Cambridge United Foundation and Ian Darler's, Cambridge Charity Fundraisers.

As always, the charity match will feature renowned Cambridge United figures and this season we welcome, Josh Coulson, Greg Taylor, Malcolm Webster, Steve Fallon, Andrew Sinton, Liam O’Neill, Luke Chadwick, Robbie Simpson, Barry Corr and more!

Kevin Johnson of CB Groundworks said, "This is a fantastic evening that raises a significant amount of money for both charities. I’m very proud that CB Groundworks is central to this. Please feel free to come down and watch the Cambridge legends and participants go head to head.

"It is such a great evening. so please bring your wallets as we have fantastic raffle prizes."

The fundraiser is brilliant fun and brings a diverse group of people together who all have a passion for football and Cambridge United, as well as share our mission of tackling the inequalities in Cambridge."

"The funds raised will all be used to support local charities and events and help to change people’s lives for the better.”
