Player Care is an evolving department within the academy and the successful applicant will be responsible for creating a programme that ensures off-field support is structured and coordinated, leading to creating the best possible experience and environment for our players.
The successful applicant must have proven experience of working within a high-performance sporting/education environment with young people, including a focus on safeguarding and duty of care.
An understanding and knowledge of the activities that will support a young persons development and the emotional/wellbeing demands placed upon them as elite performers is also essential.
- Salary: £30,000 PA
