Cambridge United are pleased to announce the list of ex-players set to attend tomorrow’s Former Players Celebration Match Day at the Abbey Stadium.
This Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two fixture against Exeter City has been designated as the Club’s now annual celebration of those who have previously pulled on the black and amber shirt or played a key role in our heritage as a player or manager.
Following on from the success of last season’s celebration against Mansfield Town, once again this year the gathering will see over 30 former stars welcomed back to the Abbey for the Amber Army to show their appreciation.

The day will include an opportunity for supporters to mingle alongside their former heroes both before and after the match, whilst the stadium will collectively be given the chance to show it’s gratitude as each legend is introduced to the crowd at half time.

Half-Time – Former Players introduced to the Abbey on the pitch
Post-match – Former Players available to meet in the Dion Dublin Bar/Premier Travel Suite
