REMINDER | FANS FORUM ON THURSDAY NIGHT AT THE ABBEY!

A reminder to U's fans that Cambridge United will be hosting a mid-season Fans Forum this Thursday (7th February) night between 7pm - 8:30pm at the Abbey Stadium.

Taking place within the Premier Travel Hospitality Suite, the evening will provide United supporters the opportunity to ask their questions to a panel which will include the first chance to interact directly with new Head Coach Colin Calderwood.

As part of our wider communications update to supporters in November, the Club committed to reinstituting regular Fans Forums to provide U's fans with an additional platform to hear from the Club and discuss issues with staff and Board.

We are very pleased that Head Coach Colin Calderwood will be on the panel and will be there with both Head of Football Ben Strang and Assistant Head Coach Mark Bonner, as well as Director Godric Smith.

The event will be absolutely free to attend, and we advise arriving from 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start. Cambridge United will also be streaming the event live on the Club's official Facebook page for those unable to attend.

Meanwhile, Cambridge United are also pleased to confirm that at a Board meeting last Friday the Board of Directors gave their approval to a draft constitution for the Fans' Parliament.

After meeting with the working group last month who put forward the proposed constitution, Godric Smith presented the plans to the remainder of the Board last week who were happy to also give them the green light. Further details regarding the draft constitution will be included within this weekend's match day programme against Port Vale.
