Open Day at the Abbey Stadium – Sunday 19th July
Cambridge United are inviting the Amber Army to meet the players and check out the refurbished Abbey Stadium, in a special open day event on Sunday 19th July.
The U's will be opening the doors to the club for all United fans to enjoy an exclusive and intricate insight into the running of Cambridge United Football Club.
U's supporters young and old are invited to take part in an exciting tour of the Stadium, viewing the new dugouts, changing rooms, hospitality suites, pitch and much more along the way.
A series of events are also being scheduled throughout the day, such as a live training session, a fans forum, a meet the players session and even the exclusive chance to watch the official 2015/16 team photo being taken.
Other exciting activities include the opportunity to watch the players being interviewed live for CU Player, as well as the chance for junior U’s to meet club mascot Marvin the Moose and Soccer Schools very own Cyril the Squirrel.
The event will provide the perfect chance to check out the refurbished Abbey Stadium, meet the new faces set to pull on the Amber and Black jersey next season and stock up on those all-important autographs and pictures for the photo album.
