The Fan Engagement Officer would be responsible for the set-up, running and pack away of the Ripples Bathrooms Junior U's Kids' Zone area on Matchdays.
The Foundation run the Ripples Bathrooms Kids' Zone, which offers a great way to engage the local community when attending fixtures informing fans of opportunities that the charity offers throughout the week.
The Kids' Zone has become a cornerstone of the Matchday experience for many young fans over the past year, with it being commented upon favourably by the EFL in our recent mystery visit.
We are looking to enhance the Matchday experience for everyone attending the Abbey Stadium, creating a vibrant, engaging environment right up until kick-off.
The successful candidate would have skills in building a positive rapport with fans of all ages, no matter if it's their first or 100th game attended - we want to make it a memorable experience for all individuals and their families.
