Ian has experienced his own mental health challenges in the past, which have been widely documented, including in his book, Life a Pitch.
The serial charity fundraiser, who fronts Cambridge Charity Fundraisers, is now attempting to walk one million steps by January 1st 2022 in-order to raise money for mental health 24/7 crisis text line Shout 85258.
