Cambridge United is proud to announce that emu24 - the 24 hour trade supplies people - has been named the club’s first ever Academy Sponsor…
The partnership will support the Academy in a number of ways, including help fund new equipment and enhance the coaching provision and experience for Academy players.
Academy Manager Tom Pell said, “We are delighted to announce that emu24 are our first ever, sole Academy Sponsor. On behalf of all the Academy staff and players, I would really like to thank Paul and Daren for their kind sponsorship.
“When trying to find a sponsor for the Academy, it was really important that we found a partner whose appetite to help youngsters was as strong as ours. When meeting with Daren and Paul, it was evident that their experience may not necessarily be in football, but their passion and enthusiasm for helping young people shone through, and this is why we were determined for them to be our Academy partners.
“We are really hopeful that this will be just the start of a long lasting relationship between ourselves and emu24, as with Youth Development in general we are all about supporting players long term development both on and off the pitch.”
