URGENT 20/21 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS NOTICE – IMPORTANT UPDATE ON IFOLLOW FREE ACCESS FOR HOME GAMES

Cambridge United 20/21 Season Ticket Holders are being warned to urgently check their iFollow account emails are the same as those registered on their Cambridge United ticketing accounts, with a switch set to take place in iFollow FREE access. STH who do not check, risk losing their FREE access for home games.

From Tuesday 27th October, EFL Digital will be switching from a code-based system to a database account system, meaning that your iFollow account will automatically have United’s Sky Bet League Two home fixtures available to view when you log in.

Supporters are advised to check that the email address that they have registered with cufcdirect.com is the same email address they use for iFollow.  This will ensure there are no problems when it comes to accessing future games.

If email addresses on ticketing account and iFollow accounts do not match, STH’s will not be able to access a free stream, for home games as match-by-match codes will no longer be available.

It is essential that season-ticket holders who wish to access their complimentary streams have updated their records with us, as the Club will be providing a list of email addresses to the EFL on FRIDAY 23rd October.

Please note, codes will still be sent and are able to be redeemed for our fixtures against Port Vale (20/10) and Bolton Wanderers (24/10) before the switch to a database account system on 27th October.

Supporters can update their details on cufcdirect.com, email info@cambridge-united.co.uk, tweet @cufc_to or call 01223 566500.
