First team players Liam O’Neil and Dan Jones were on hand as Club Partners 8build opened the doors to their latest Cambridge project.
8build, a Main Contractor specialising in fitout, refurbishment and new builds, last year opened a Cambridge office just a stone's throw from the Abbey Stadium after winning a number of exciting local projects.
The new F45 gym on Station Road in the City was completed on schedule by 8build in August and is now open for business, so Jones and O’Neil popped down to sample the venue for themselves.
F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. The team mentality at F45 Training helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude.
