Vote for your favourite Cambridge United players of all time and see them emblazoned across the rear of the Newmarket Road End.
U’s supporters that attended yesterday evening’s fixture against Bristol Rovers in the Newmarket Road End will have taken their first glimpse at the new design, with 11 Cambridge United jerseys having been spray painted on the back of the stand.
All that needs to be decided now is which Cambridge United Legends will feature on the Stand!
The Amber Army therefore have the chance to vote for their three favourite Cambridge United players of ALL TIME, to decide which players will be featured on the shirts. The project which has been funded by Cambridge Fans United, will also see the Cambridge United Community Trust engaging with children located in the Abbey Ward who will help with the completion of the project. To register your nominations, simply email the three names you wish to see spray painted on to the back of the shirts by emailing competitions@Cambridge-United.co.uk. Alternatively supporters can also cast their votes on social media by posting the names of their three nominations followed by the hashtag #NRELegends. For example “Dublin, Kitson, Claridge #NRELegends”.
The deadline for the vote closes at 9pm on Wednesday 4th November, so make sure you cast your vote as soon as possible.
