Junior U's who have been collecting Passport Stamps this season can take to the pitch at half-time of next Saturday's game against Derby to collect their end-of-season medals...
Young fans who have documented their League One journey with the Junior U's Passport could be eligible to receive a Bronze (15-17 games), Silver (18-20 games) or Gold Medal at half-time of the penultimate home game this season.
Please fill in the below form if your child will meet either of the medal thresholds by the final game of the season against Wycombe Wanderers.
Then, on the day of the Derby game, visit the Ripples Bathrooms Junior U's Kids' Zone to collect your Passport Stamp as normal, and let our team know your name and which medal you qualify for.
Those collecting should then meet our staff in either the North East or North West corner of the ground at the beginning of half-time.
