JACK ROLES WINS PFA BRISTOL STREET MOTORS FANS’ LEAGUE TWO PLAYER OF THE MONTH

Jack Roles has been voted the PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans’ League Two Player of the month for October. In a vote run by fan engagement experts, Snack Media, the Cambridge United midfielder won with 30% of the vote, beating Crewe Alexandra’s Chris Porter, who finished in second place with 16%.

In the fourth of five divisional votes carried out over nine days via Snack’s digital and social networks and supported by top-flight football clubs and press, it was evident that the Tottenham loanee’s impressive performances throughout October – in which he scored two goals - has resonated with football fans up and down the country.

The full list of contenders from the final shortlist polled were as follows:

  • Jack Roles (Cambridge United) - 30%
  • Chris Porter (Crewe Alexandra) – 16%
  • Charlie Goode (Northampton Town) – 16%
  • Ryan Broom (Cheltenham Town) - 15%
  • Eoin Doyle (Swindon Town) - 14%
  • Andy Cook (Mansfield Town) - 10%
