Friday 3rd March 2000 : Cambridge United well represented at Parliament

Cambridge United were well represented at yesterday's Football Fan's Lobby of Parliament and a United scarf was prominently displayed during the TV news reports of the meeting. Football fans from across the country gathered to show their colours and to demonstrate unity in an effort to help reshape how football is run, in the interests of fans and urging M.Ps to support Early Day Motion 243 (see news item from 18th February).

CUSA chairman Brian Attmore was present along with several Cambridge United supporters, and other clubs represented include Stoke, Pompey, Exeter, Watford and Brighton.
