Wednesday 26th April 2000 : Electronic petition already a big success

The U's Net electronic petition supporting the club's application to the Department of the Environment, Transport & the Regions (DETR) has been a stunning success so far. Over 500 signatures were received in the first two days, from supporters of all clubs and from all over the world, and eight days after its launch the total is about 1,300 and still rising.
